By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Products

ECU OEM sells used OEM automotive parts, including electronic modules, engine control units, transmission control modules, body control modules, ABS modules, fuse boxes, suspension modules, immobilizer sets, keys and other vehicle components.

All products are used unless clearly stated otherwise.

Condition

Used parts may show normal signs of wear, including scratches, dirt, dust, marks, oxidation, cosmetic imperfections and storage wear.

Photos are part of the item description. Please review all photos carefully before purchase.

Compatibility

Compatibility is the buyer’s responsibility.

Vehicle fitment may depend on part number, VIN, engine code, transmission type, drivetrain, production date, market region, connector type, software version and vehicle options.

Matching the vehicle model and year alone is not enough.

Before purchase, please compare part numbers and confirm compatibility with a qualified technician or dealer.

Coding and Programming

Many electronic automotive parts require coding, programming, adaptation, calibration, resetting, immobilizer synchronization or VIN matching before installation.

We do not guarantee plug-and-play installation unless specifically stated.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

- The item is out of stock
- The price or product information contains an error
- The order appears fraudulent or high-risk
- The shipping address is incomplete or unsupported
- The item cannot be shipped to the destination country

Payment

Orders must be paid in full before shipment.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, public holidays, weather, incorrect address information or other factors outside our control.

Customs and Import Charges

International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees and clearance charges required by their country.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

ECU OEM is not responsible for labor costs, programming costs, diagnostic fees, installation costs, towing costs, vehicle downtime, loss of income or any indirect damages related to the purchase or installation of used auto parts.

By purchasing from us, you agree that our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
